• Deborah Hart - President

    Deb moved to California in 2012 from a small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, known for NASCAR racing and Moonshine.  Starting as Controller, President and now owner. 

    Deb enjoys playing with her dog, Rip, a very active Blue Heeler and spending time with her kids in Mesa Arizona and Tampa Florida.

  • Mike Pigeon - Director of Operations / Vice President

    Mike Pigeon has been the VP and operations manager of floor connection since March 2020, however he has been involved with this company for over 23 years through many facets. He has 35 years in the industry from installation, project management, manufacture tech and now back as operations and VP. Mike has strived to make Floor Connection the go-to commercial flooring company on the Central Coast by staying involved with leading associations that stay on top of the technology and business aspect of our industry.

  • Ashley McCaffrey - Project Coordinator

    Ashley joined Floor Connection in 2019 as a warehouse operator and now serves as a Project Coordinator.  She also fulfills certain administrative duties that bookend each project and as such is a valued asset to the Floor Connection team. 

    She is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan, and in her spare time endeavors to add to her mastery of the culinary arts. She also enjoys spending time camping and playing outdoors with her husband and two children.

  • Andrew Stephens - Order Management Specialist

    Andrew joined the Floor Connection team in June of 2022 as a warehouse manager.  He brings over 20+ years of experience in the flooring industry.

    He is a Central Coast native for decades & graduated at Arroyo Grande High School.  In his free time, he likes to go to the beach, hike, watch & play sports, and spend time with his family.

  • Ryan Rayman - Soft Floor

    Ryan has 17 years of experience in the flooring industry, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise in the trade and a deep understanding of industry trends. His extensive background includes working on projects in hospitality, education, tenant improvements, and clean rooms, showcasing his ability to handle diverse and specialized flooring needs.

    Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his family and dogs and is passionate about outdoor activities, including playing basketball and cooking up delicious meals

    Darrell brings more than 20 years of multi-faceted trade experience to our team. He now uses his background in sales, marketing and application in commercial construction to serve as our estimating coordinator. His free time is spent as an aspiring home chef and working in his wood shop.

  • Kellen Hargis - Lead Project Manager

    Kellen joined the Floor Connection team in 2023 with 2 decades experience as a Floor Covering Contractor.  After exiting his career as an installer in 2022, he began to project manage for another construction company and now builds on that experience here. 

    In his spare time, he enjoys martial arts, gaming, mixology, and occasionally a good book.

  • Claude Dostal - Project Manager

    Claude has been in the construction industry for 41 years. He has been involved in almost all types of construction during his career and finds watching a project develop from start to finish to be very rewarding.

    He is a Central Coast native and a graduate of AGHS. He loves the outdoors, hanging out with his wife Sheri and dog Lucy. He enjoys talking walks on the beach, cooking, BBQing and remodeling his home.

    He is a heart transplant recipient and every day is a wonderful blessing.

  • Josh Wilson - Project Manager

    Josh brings to Floor Connection over 30 years of field and executive construction experience. He graduated Arroyo Grande High School. Josh and his wife Liz, his wife of 27 years have 3 beautiful daughters. In his spare time Josh plays lead guitar for the Buzzards as he is a huge music fan. He also enjoys time at the gym and hiking.
