Floor Connection was started by Jim and Lory Motter over 35 years ago. Jim began as a floor installer himself. Over the years Jim and Lory have worked to create a company that offers quality flooring to commercial and residential customers and provide a family atmosphere for the company’s employees.
Jim’s many years of experience and sacrifice have been an influence to many young floor installers, helping them to become entrepreneurs in their own business.
Jim and Lory have recently retired and now sit on the board of directors.
